About Us
Superior Seal Coating was founded in 2005 by Chris Trecker and Jerry Limper. Chris and Jerry graduated from
Downingtown High School in 1998 and both attended The University of Pittsburgh. While in college Chris
and Jerry began working summers in the asphalt industry. Recognizing a need in a growing market they
decided to go into business for themselves. Superior Seal Coating was founded in 2005 with a single
truck, Chris and Jerry’s personal cars and a goal of bringing professionalism to an unprofessional
industry.
From humble beginnings Superior Seal Coating has grown into one of the leading asphalt
contractors in Chester County. We now offer in-house seal coating, asphalt paving, concrete services,
line striping and more. In 2022 Chris and Jerry came full circle, purchasing an industrial property in
Downingtown, the home of Superior Seal Coating
Since 2005 we have been committed to providing quality service at a fair price. We stand behind our
work and pride ourselves on customer service. Chris and Jerry are still involved in installations and
project management on a daily basis. Our employees are trained to treat every customer’s property like
it’s their own. We have built our business on referrals, relationships and returning customers. We want
every customer to be a customer for life.
Whether it’s installing a brand new 1000ft2 driveway or sealing
a 1,000,000ft2 stadium parking lot, we bring the same focus and attention to detail. From driveway construction to maintenance we offer every service needed to keep your home or business’s asphalt
looking its best. With over 40 years of experience in the industry between them Chris and Jerry have
seen everything and we will help you make the best decisions for your project.
Chris and Jerry graduated from Downingtown High School and The University of Pittsburgh. Both are lifelong Philadelphia sports fans. Chris and Jerry live with their families in Chester County and are active in their local communities. Both Chris and Jerry believe in the importance of local small business and go out of their way to support local businesses and our local economy. Chris enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog and family, playing golf, working out and traveling. Jerry’s hobbies include coaching his son’s sports teams, staying fit, and hiking with his dog and family.
