Pay: Competitive hourly rates starting at $21/hour. Raises available 30 days after start. Starting pay for more experience available. Attitude and performance matter.
Overtime: 1.5x pay for anything over 40 hours.
Pay Frequency: Why wait for pay? You help us daily. You should get paid weekly.
Work Schedule: Full time, part time, overtime -> If you want to work it, we will work you in.
Full Uniform Service: Laundered pants, 5 tees, hoodies (fleece and sun-shirt versions), and snapback hats. Want something else? Let us know.

The Before Applying Checklist
You need the below.
- You must have a valid driver’s license.
- You must have a clean driving record (an MVR check will be performed).
- You are physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
- You are physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
- You need (or can obtain with our help) a Medical DOT career-card to operate our vehicles.
- You need a positive attitude. While we prefer experience, we are happy to train the right person who brings a positive, hard-working energy to the job. You can handle hot working days.

Life at Superior Seal Coating
- Typical Day: 6:15 AM start. 7–10 hour days. Home every night.
- Service Area: All work is in SEPA (Southeastern PA).
- Commute: Drive to our Downingtown shop, then take company vehicles to the site. (Max 40-mile travel radius).

- Alex: Alex started in 2017 as Sealcoat Technician. Every year since, Alex has received at least one raise per year as he gained new skills. Alex is now a paving foreman and making considerably more than when he started.
- Jim: Transitioned from Field Tech to Estimator.
- Nate: Started in seal coating, became lead line striper. Nate eventually gained skills to run paver equipment and acquired a CDL. Raises each step of the way.

How fast is the hiring process?
This can be accomplished in as little as 1-week to process payroll and DOT medical career-cards.
Is there room for growth?
Yes. We do monthly reviews with potential for raises based on performance and customer satisfaction.
What about drug testing?
We prioritize a safe and productive work environment. As part of our commitment to these values, we conduct drug screening upon hiring (4 panel drug screen alongside a background check) and reserve the right to administer additional tests as necessary.
